The other rookie DE
is Kendall Langford. He isn’t quite that big but he is looking like a steal in round 3.
9-7 would be great, after last year, but I still think we are a 5 to 7 win team. After 1-15, that is some nice progress

Nope
When Penne goes does week 4 and the rookie steps up, Ronnie’s convalesence is longer than anticipated and the o-line shows its weaknesses and then we will struggle.
6-10… at best
PS: hope you’re right and not me. My positivity is forever dampened after 07.

I not sure what our
record will be at the end of the year but I will say no one will want to come to Miami in December and face us especially if they are fighting for a playoff spot. We will be physical and a tough out by that time of the year and if we are 9-7 look out we may have a shot at a wild card. Opening day cant get here soon enough……….

Correct.
Preseason gives off miscues. Who would of thought we were going 1-15 last year during preseason, we looked decent.
This is the preseason, lets be reasonable: 4-12 to 6-10.

Thank God the players dont think like fans
or they would be harping on 1-15 five years from now.
This team has been basically thrown together and if not for a great coaching staff would resemble as such but our Lines are looking like theyve played together for years.
This team will be playing VERY solid by week 6 and then the production of the talent we have will really rise to its capabilities because theyve already bought into the system this early.
10-6 AND a playoff win!

last preseason
I wanted to kill myself and felt like a turd bomb was going to go off when the season started. This year I’m looking forward to the season. I believe in 9-7!

Mark my words
We are going to the super bowl THIS year. My psychic told me this. You heard it here first. Also another key wide reciever is on his way. This Defense is going to dominate (top 5 Defense) our offense is going to be off the hook with the new receiver we pick up. :)

I think that on 08/220/08 the Dolphins Dinasty was BORN!!!
LET KICK SOME AS*** THIS SEASON!!
I will see the Dolphins win a SUPER BOWL before i die(21 years and counting)

Seriously, 9-7 would not surprise me
This team is coming off a 1-15 season, but the talent level should have gotten a couple of more wins. I think we could have easily been 4-12 with good coaching and a few less injuries (like Ronnie and Bell). And not only is our schedule weaker based on opponents win/loss records, we also play some of our tougher conference games, like San Diego, at home.

I agree
The schedule is easy enough i think we can expect a good season based on what i’m seeing in pre-season.
Its a new season and i think the team knows that.
Jets and Arizona – WIN
New England, SD, Houston – LOSS
Baltimore, Buffalo – WIN
Denver, Seattle – LOSS
Oakland – WIN
New England – LOSS
Saint Louis, Buffalo, San Francisco, Kansas City, Jets – WIN
10-6 is my prediction.

We'll beat SD. We always beat those guys.
And Merriman won’t be playing.

yes
My best hope is 10-6 and my worst fear is 6-10 and anything in between is pure gravy.
