What If It Were True - Parcells Contacts Usain Bolt?
I am sure this is make-believe but nontheless I will place it as an official rumor.
Usain Bolt as a WR is not as crazy as making Christian Okoye a RB. Durability was the concern there as it would be for someone like Usain.
Still, I honestly would not put this kind of stunt beyond Bill Parcells. Parcells chief scouting technique is a player's measurables, followed by production and then finally experience.
Usain Bolt certainly fits into one of those categories.
Okay, a lot of the above was just BS to fill the word requirement. Enjoy the story.
Enjoy the Parcells & Usain Bolt nonsense.
Or is it?

One More Thing
What I like about this story is the fact that the “source” chose mediatakeout and not one of the local papers or national media figures.
Funny.

Yeah...
…and it’s too bad it’s not true— bolt seems like he’d be a real team player… ha.

tho its a unique thot,
… i think theres a better chance of pulling Larry Csonka out of retriement than getting Bolt to give up spleef lol

Forrest Bolt
It would be funny, he probably has no idea of what football is…..the home crowd would have too hold up cards saying “Run” and “Stop” ala Forest Gump. Plus, we’d probably always get a 15 yarder for excesive celebration.

Thought I'd Add An Okoye Photo
For those that have forgotten how scary monsters once played the game.

Still a nightmare
my first Miami Dolphin game was against the Chiefs. He totally lit us up…final score 42-7. Marino was ineffective (it was like going to see Van Halen and Eddie didn’t show up) and no one could stop the Nigerian Nightmare. Was also the first time that Sammy Smith fumbled the ball for a 90-something return for a touchdown….next week the home crowd graced him with “Sammy Sucks”……..gee, thanks for all those pleasant memories.

LMAO
I was thinking that too. I’d rather have 1 Ricky Williams than 3 Usain Bolts.

I'll say it
Greatest. Sprinter. Ever.
There’s no argument. He’s the only Olympian in history to sweep the 100m, 200m and 4×100m relay with 3 golds and 3 World Records.
And as fun as it would be watching defenders give him a 30yd cushion, he’s looking at Legend status as far as T&F goes. He’s only 22, by the time the world gets to London in 2012, he’ll be hitting his prime. Maybe he’ll add the 400m and go for a Phelpsian Track sweep.
BTW the Nigerian Nightmare was a frightening man.

One thing I always loved about Okoye...
…was his Tecmo style. Two plays. Run A: up the middle. Run B: up the middle.

Okoye on tecmo bowl was a monster
all you had to do was stop running and defenders would bounce off of him.
But I personally used Barry Sanders all the time.

Barry was ridiculous
He could dance around defenders like Jason Taylor.
All-time favorite Tecmo baller though? Black Dan Marino.

PFT points out...
…that no team could simply sign Bolt. He would first have to enter a draft and then go undrafted for him to be a free agent.
