Drew Brees....Would have been a great Dolphin

I watching the New Orleans Saints game Vs. the Houston Texans from this weekend. Other than the Ted Ginn draft, where I'm ok with that now because I like Ginn, I just thought we needed a QB to win some games. The Jamar Fletcher pick was horrible!

I saw Drew Brees throw a TD pass over....Jamar Fletcher! UGGHH! Why did they draft Fletcher back in the day? What the hell was Wanstedt thinking? Also, they kept talking about how Brees was a top 5 QB in the league behind only Manning/Brady. Also Saban didn't sign the guy he chose to give up a 2nd round pick on Culpepper.

Its been rough, I'm just glad that we have the staff that's there now. :)

Should of picked the shoulder!

Brees was my pick at the time not Culpepper. Rookie coach mistake..

Stipulation

The powers that be then did see Culpepper as the better QB. Honestly Daunte never got a fair shot. I did want to atleast see him compete for the job. Sad, He has not caught on with a team.. I really feel bad for him.

I feel the same way… while Brees is a really good QB I think Culpepper could have done the same with Chambers and Brown.

Tis the past however ugly as it is to look back on.

I was for Brees at the time

I remember my dad and I argued back and forth on this forever. I didn’t like being vindicated then, now I’m for Beck, I hope I won’t be vindicated later.

Let me tell you smethan

I believe that he woulda of made are team that much better i am not gonna lie…But he wouldnt be doen that good on are team cuz we never had a line until now,So he would of never had time to throw the ball and then he losses confadents and all that….So that was what are problem was…..But i believe if we had him now that well realy be a big left for are team….

You know I think about the same crap, we should have got Drew, he would have been prefect in MIA. He would hvae had a lot of pressure but I be damn if hasnt dealt with it before. Hes a good QBa dn I root for him. But could you imagine if we had him que the fading picture to flash back. lol. He was worth a 1st rounder easy. Duante was kinda sucking after Randy left anyway, and the only thing he had was his mobilty and arm. Torn up there goes his mobility, and we really didnt have a deep threat like he did with the Vikings. Chris Chambers was good, but h was more of a big dude. And he pisses me off especially with that new pick me commercial. Dont know what I’m talking about go to you tube and type fantasy file. All I think is “BITCH COULDN’T YOU DO THAT LAST YEAR!” Oh well we got a second rounder for him and we got Chad henne the QB of the future who will take the reigns next year or in 2010. Either way, Tom Brady likes him and gave him pointers in college. Just think of it. Oh extasy, to be in the play-offs again. Hey what does everyone think of Miami trading for Anquon Boldin?

No he couldn't do that last year

he had nobody to throw him the damn ball. Granted, the passing game sucked because of the O-Line, but that’s not his fault. I always felt trading Chambers was a stupid idea. Welker too. Why trade the two best receivers before you put in Beck? Could they have made it any harder on the rookie? Cam Cam ruined Beck.
