Around SBN: Steve McNair Dead - Former NFL QB Shot and Killed

Quick Injury Updates

Though the practices are now closed to the media, they can attend the first 30 minutes (mainly stretching and some individual drills).  And the Palm Beach Post provides us with some injury updates.  They include:

  • Michael Lehan practicing for the first time since his ankle injury during OTAs.
  • Shawn Murphy, who didn't play on Saturday night, is not practicing, either.  It could be related to the ankle injury he suffered last week.
  • Vonnie Holliday is back at practice.  That's some very good news.
  • Ronnie Brown is wearing a cast on his hand, but is participating in some conditioning drills.  Incase you missed it, Tony Sparano said this morning at his press conference that he is "day-to-day" and that is doesn't seem like anything serious.
  • Charlie Anderson still not practicing since he suffered that hamstring injury against Tampa.  He's on the bike today.

he's just guessing....

don’t read ANYTHING into it. There’s no way you can do that, so it’s not going to happen.

Now let’s never speak of that again.

I don’t think so. Ricky Williams’ career is one inhale from, as Mike Tyson would say “bolivian.” They wouldn’t be that dumb.

It wouldnt surprise me

I see it like this they must really like the young guys cobb, parmele and Hillard. Ronnie is always Injured and if they could get a conditional 1st rd pick I wouldnt be surprised. With that being said I think Mort is just guessing here and didnt hear this from anyone in FO and the way this FO drafted last year think of what they can do with 3 #2 or 2 number 1 and 2 number 2. Scary thought……….

I would trade Ricky for drafts picks if it got us another top flight receiver

Trading RB?

That is ridiculous!!!
He has never finish a season, Why someone will give us a 1st round pick for him?
This year he is going to be fine, but he better don’t sleep on his lap, Parmele is not that bad and is improving. Remember, the running back is an easy position to fill with a good OL.

I will see the Dolphins win a SUPER BOWL before i die(21 years and counting)

I'm with you.

Of course I would trade Ronnie for a couple of #1s. But who in there right mind would give that up?

Like the old saying goes, everything’s for sale… for the right price. But I doubt we would trade Ronnie for anything another team would offer.
