"Henne was 9 of 18 with "a ton of bad throws" - including an INT"
Just when you pin your hopes on a QB who looks good against 2nd teamers he goes and acts like a rook.
Trade him,if you can,and draft another QB next year because its apparent after one camp, one Pre Season game and a few practices and given his “Big Game” and “Big School” experience that he is a bust…plain and simple.

Absolutely trade Henne on the strength of one bad practice AND
dump Pennington, McCown, Parcells, etc AND
make John Beck the starter immediately after his amazing display of unflappable poise, deft footwork, peerless agility, and a dash of that mormon moxie while doing nothing but holding a clip board for 2 days as a highly paid observer

Beck came from a bum school in a bum conference with a bum schedule BUT the mighty Henne came from Michigan for Gods sake Nat where they play NFL caliber teams week in and week out (exaggerating ever so slightly) so he shouldve walked in and immediately called Marino out(really going there now) and proclaimed he would have a 100% completion rating and all TDs with no INTs instead, hes doing GREAT to complete 50%.
I like how writers say “Beck threw a ball at Hagans feet that fell incomplete” but then they say “Henne threw a slant pass to Ginn who made a great sliding catch”..doesnt that mean that Henne threw it in the dirt BUT Ginn went down to get it? The point being that Henne threw it SO low that Ginn had to SLIDE to get it but the emphasis are on Ginn making a spectacular catch!
I hope and pray that Henne will give us 10-15 years of great QBing but be very careful about “knowing” so damn much because things arent always what they appear to be.
I can tell by your posts that you would tell people that you’re an “open-minded intellect” sooooo I would like you to go back to last weeks game and ONLY watch the LOS during Becks series’ and Hennes series’..EVERY snap… and if you are indeed an open-minded intellect instead of a closed minded imbecile then I feel sure that your berating of Beck, a 5 game starter including PreSeason games, and your blind love for Henne will drastically change .
Beck did the absolute best he could with what he had to work with and a scripted plan against a REAL Defense but Henne did the absolute minimum with what he had to work with against practice squad players and coming from a school that competes against much higher caliber players than Beck..he should’ve lit up TB’s 2nd teamers but he was just OK at best and thats all.
But since you’re not only belligerent but a bigot as well,I’m holding my breath..no really I am..LOL

Pennington
I feel much better with CP at QB. The team is reacting to his presence too. Hopefully he stays healthy.
Pennington was very well respected by the Jets players. Supposedly Coles still won’t talk to the media about Chad’s release b/c he’s so ticked off.
I boldly predict we woop the Jets in the Chad vs Brett fiasco.
