Happy 4th of July!!!

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!
I hope you all have a great holiday! And be safe!!
After the jump is a video that's becoming a 4th of July tradition here at the site. It's none other than Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band performing "4th of July, Asbury Park." It's a classic song and this particular video is a classic performance from back in 1975. Also be sure to take notice of the late Danny Federici, the greatest rock 'n roll accordion player of all-time!
The video is below...

Asbury Park Ferris Wheel
Happy 4th Matty & finsxfactor – and all the Phinsider board members.
As a Jersey boy you may be interested to know that the old ferris wheel that used to be at Asbury park was made in the town where my business operates, Phoenixville, PA.
The cool thing is that the long defunct ferris wheel, which was shipped to North Carolina decades ago, is being restored and installed in Phoenixville as a permanent art installation.
The ferris wheel is too old to be brought back to running order, but the lights and overall appearance are being restored.
Thought you might like to hear about a little slice of Jersey being saved. My bookstore hunted down literature on ferris wheel construction and repair for the fabricator repairing it.
