Wednesday Afternoon Practice Reports
As they become available, I'll highlight some of the practice reports from today's 2nd practice.
PALM BEACH POST PRACTICE REPORT
Highlights include:
-Chad Henne and John Beck both had solid practices
-Beck was 2 of 4 in 7-on-7s while Henne was 3 of 4
-In 11-on-11s, Davone Bess takes a slant for what would have been a 50 yard TD reception from Henne
-Both Beck and Henne lead 11-on-11 2 minute drill drives that result in FGs
-Rod Wright worked a little as a 2nd team NT
MIAMI HERALD PRACTICE REPORT
Highlights include:
-Derek Hagan isn't only catching the ball, but also getting separation
-Ronnie Brown has been "excellent so far" - taking every rep and having no issues so far from his injury last year
-Ricky Williams is looking even better now than he did in the OTAs
-Jalen Parmele seems to be cementing his spot as the 3rd RB
SUN-SENTINEL PRACTICE REPORT
Highlights include:
-Offensive line opening up big running lanes
-Recent WR acquisition Anthony Armstrong had a good practice
-Davone Bess "has a way of dropping right into the soft spot in a zone"
-Jason Allen has played surprisingly well thus far
-During 2 minute drills, Omar Kelly reports Henne's drive failed to score (contradicting the PBP)
-McCown and Beck both led 2 minute drill scoring drives, including a "nice read" by Beck on a big pass play to Armstrong

Well it looks like are qbs are doing a little bit better
Lets keep playing hard,Bess is the standout player like always i hope that he can play like that in games…........Henne seems like hes getting better little by little out there….......
It was McGown and Beck with TDs
Henne fizzled on his drive.
Aside from the QBs
I think this was one of the highlights of Omar’s blog
I might take a lot of crap for saying this, but Anthony Armstrong was the receiver who stood out most to me Wednesday afternoon. He got separation, and had a few shake moves during 7-on-7 and team drills. Derek Hagan, who put together his third straight decent day of practice, was a close second, with Davone Bess being the third.
Even if it’s nothing we should get too excited about, there’s hope, and that’s good enough for me.
This are..
GREAT news!!!
RB, RW and Parmele are making our running backs corp, one of the best in the league, if not the best. Thank God, Jason is playing better, looks like the new system is easier to learn and he is taking advantage out of it. OL is going to be a HUGE diff this year. Hagan is putting up to what is was espected out of him. This is all going up, GREAT NEWS!!
I will see the Dolphins win a SUPER BOWL before i die(21 years and counting)
