Sigh
The more I read about these practices, the more my off-season optimism evaporates into something closer to reality. The talent just isn’t there yet. We all want one of the QBs to pull ahead and show us something special, but the way they describe it so far, someone’s going to be given the job by default.
It actually makes me laugh to think that half the teams in the NFL have settled QBs that they’re very confident in – at this stage it seems so alien to us that we can’t even comprehend how they pulled it off in the first place. It’s like seeing some normal guy with a super-hot girlfriend – after a while you kind of forget that it’s possible, and then you think, ‘sheeeet, why don’t I have that going on?’ Haha, I don’t think Beck, McCown or Henne is going to be our super-hot girlfriend this year. I’m almost ready to back McCown for an extra win rather than seeing how Beck does in real games. Almost, but not quite.
Easy, Easy
Some of us are enjoying our Kool Aid.
The really cool quote so far was about Donald Thomas. 1st team defenders came off the field and told Sparano that he was really heavy out there, meaning tough to push or move.
That’s great news. Hagan catching. Some young guards showing talent.
All we need is a quarterback and a pass rush. No biggie there. :-(

Doesnt sound to good
I fell like were introuble are qbs situation just never gets better…Atleast i see that were gonna be able to pertect are qbs this season with are solid lines that we got on the offense and defense…So if bill parcels does leave ous when eva he does atleast this team well be solid and we can finally put some playmakers on are team and let them work there magic…......
