Dolphins sign Phillip Merling
The "source" says it's a 4 year deal (as expected). Not sure of the money.
The article also says that Chad Henne "might have" reported today, but the team doesn't officially announce who reports. If he did, though, that would be a sign that Henne is close to signing and is ready to practice tomorrow.
