The Future!!!

Well it seems quite clear that the Dolphins are looking toward the future, packaging off vertern players like Chris Chambers and Jason Taylor have put a sick feeling in my gut. The upside is that it looks like we will have another high selecting point in the draft next year and a good amount of picks to get quality players to fill our (still) glaring weaknessess. So assuming that our roster remains the same and one of our three Quaterbacks does somthing positive I look to see some of these players in a Miami Dolphins uniform come 2009.

James Lauranitis, LB, Ohio State- Could have gone in the top 15 this year, but decided he would like to lose in the National Championship again. Has a great motor and in my personal opinion is a psycho.

Malcolm Jenkins, DB, Ohio State- Another one who could have gone in the 1st round this year, Hes everything you want in a cornerback.

Duke Robinson, OG, Oklahoma- This guy is 6'5 330 pounds. Could have been the top guard in the draft this year, would be dominant on anyone's line.

Michael Crabtree, WR, Texas Tech- Another freak talent like Calvin Johnson, his stats were inflated by Texas Tech's system but will still be a number one receiver in the NFL.

Tim Tebow QB/FB/DL (just kidding) Florida- While i find it unlikely that Miami would draft Tebow, he will be a very interesting NFL prospect. He runs in the Lower/Middle 40 of the 40 yard dash and weighs a whopping 235.

Cornelius Ingram, TE/WR, Florida- Could be availible in the 2nd round, is more of a receiving TE than a blocking TE, somthing the Dolphins currently lack.

Derry Beckwith OLB, LSU and Brandon Spikes ILB Florida- Either could be available in the second round with luck and would add some great depth.

Also Look at: Sean Lee, OLB, Penn State. Myron Rolle, FS FSU. Vontae Davis CB, Illinois

but Sean Lee tore his ACL this spring and is redshirting this year. He will be coming out in 2010. I’d love to grab Robinson in round 1 and Beckwith or Spikes in round 2.

Well how i see it let me tell you who i like

Well if the qb position comes out good for us next year,I say were gonna be in the top 10 next year..So with are 1st round pick i like Malcom jenkins and i say that is because hes a complete corner back and corner is a desprete need for us…But if michael crabtree is still available will we choice i cant see ous passing him up thow,This guy is a freak of nature hes young fast and i wish we would have got him then tedd ginn in the first round….But i now bill and i now how he loves his linebackers and i know how much it hurt for him to let chris long go cuz we needed lake long so despretly…So i cant see him doen the same with james lauranitis and we just lost jason taylor,So if we run the 3-4 we despertly need a outside line backer..So i can see him bein our choice next year…....... Another thing i beleive is with are 2nd rounder i say we need to pick up myron rolle,Hes from fsu and a damn good safty and we lost kenny phillip by a pick last year to the giants i dont see the same happening next year…...
