CAP ROOM AFTER JT TRADE?
Does anyone know where that leaves us as far as cap room? I know his salary was around seven Mill but I know it is a little more complicated then just that. I tried searching for the cap info online but I could not find anything. Any info would be awesome and hopefully this gives us some room to bring in a new right guard for our line. I am pretty sure lecharles bently is still out there but I think we had enough cap before this trade to get him.

florio of PFT
writes that it frees 8 mill in cap space. dont knwo if he knows what he’s talking about. He’s signed for 2 more yeras i thought so whatever’s left of his signing bonus that was spread out over the length of the contract would be accelerated to this years cap #.

I fell that now getten bently is are move
Well now we can get the party on and statreted. But i also see if we want to put are best man men on the field it well be better if we run a 4-3….How i see it.we can have jason fergusion and randy starks as are dt and then vonnie holliday playen the end spot and have a rotation between matt roth and also phillip merling which ever one plays better in the offseason earns the starting spot…...Then that for are linebackers we can have more play makers in joey porter, also channing crowder or akin aydale starting for us….When jason was here i can say that the 3-4 is what we should play…But now that he left i can see ous playing both but we got more playmakers and depth on the d-line…..We got phillip merling a 1st rounder rookie,I fell he needs to see playing time this year,But hes a better player on the line cuz of his size….Then vonnie holliday another player thats better off on the line cuz of his size and experience…...So how i see it for us now the best thing that it looks for us is the 4-3…........
