2008 Week 8: Buffalo Bills at Miami 1 pm
2008 Week 8: Buffalo Bills at Miami 1 pm
Key game in the division. Buffalo has a really good offensive line, but their defense looks susceptible to the power running game as long as it is to the outsides (against their cornerbacks). I think that Jason Ferguson can beat Melvin Fowler in the one-on-one matchup. He is the weak link in their O-Line. Trent Edwards doesn't make mistakes, so the Phins need to pressure him enough to make him dump off the pass and then tackle the receiver short of the first down. That is not an easy task with their personnel. Buffalo lives off of turnovers, so no turnovers and no special teams breakdowns. Will have to contain their running game with just the front seven because the safeties will need to help on Lee Evans and James Hardy.
Who do you think will win?

This is the second game of a stretch of 5 home games out of 6
1. Ravens at Miami
2. Bills at Miami
3. Miami at Denver
4. Seattle at Miami
5. Oakland at Miami
6. New England at Miami
I see the Bills, Denver, and the New England games as probable losses.
That makes Baltimore, Seattle, and Oakland must win games at home.

Bills D
They have good to very-good players at almost every defensive position. They will be hard to run on, and that is the key to our offense. Pray we have settled on a QB, and that they can get the ball to the reciever, otherwise, sorry to say, we are going to look like last years team.
