Okay. Thought I'd lay it all out here.

First, there's the little fact that the Phins are the winningest team since the AFL/NFL merger, with the Steelers nipping at our heels.

That aside. Let's talk success.

The Miami Dolphins

League Championships: 2
Super Bowl Championships: 2
Conference Championships: 5
Division Championships: 12

The Toronto Bills (and their historical Buffalo franchise)

League Championships: 2
AFL Championships: 2
Conference Championships: 4
Division Championships: 10

The AFL thing is so cute and old timey. Super Bowls? Only one team has not won a Super Bowl in the AFC East.

Any takers on who that team is?

I think if they don’t win a Super Bowl in the next eight years they should be demoted to the CFL. I mean, seriously, they are really dragging down the AFC East.

I would normally dismiss these childish posts, but i noticed that as a bills fan I do that same thing to the patriots. The bills cant beat the patriots so I look to past bills victories. The dolphins are one of the worst teams in nfl right now, so the fans look to their storied past as a sign of hope to the future.

Not exactly

This post is the result of childish acts from a Buffalo fan on this site who felt it necessary to bash the Dolphins and their fans with no logic in his argument. Because last year the Bills were better (obviously), we expanded it over the history of both teams. However, it does not claim that the past equals future success. It just shows that despite recent history, the Dolphins have been a better franchise. The addition of Bill Parcells, Jeff Ireland, and Tony Sparano, a new attitude, coaching schemes, personel, and offseason training program is a sign of hope for the future.

no, this was posted on a bills message board.

and I dont bash other teams. I try not to because I have to deal with redsox fans, who are the most devout fans, unless they are not in first place. If they arent in first place, then they start talking about tom brady and how bad that they think the bills are. I dont stoop down to the boston level and neither sould dolphins fans.
