Will Allen in trouble?

I just read this on sunsentinel.com
title:Police investigating Dolphins CB Allen

Basically Will Allen is being investigated for a pulling out a gun when he was asked to pay back a loan he took out to pay a gambling debt.
No charges made yet.
But if there are any charges made then our already weak secondary just became the worst in the league.
Can you imagine if we had to start travis daniels and michael lehan or andre goodman.
Thoughts?
