Jay Fiedler must miss the limelight
Can't understand why he has to speak up on this. Who cares what he says? This story will NOT die, especially if Fiedler can keep it alive.
Retired quarterback Jay Fielder says the Dolphins tried to steal signals from the Patriots when he played.
"There were times in games when we knew certain defensive calls from what we were able to gather during the game or our scouts’ eyesight," Fiedler revealed. He called knowing defensive signals "a huge advantage. If the quarterback knows what’s coming, he can dissect it at the line of scrimmage." Not a big deal
I’m sure all teams try to steal signs using their EYES ONLY!!
The difference is the Patriots were videotaping the signals for later use.
BIG difference if you ask me.
Though you will notice that I haven’t really talked too much about “Spygate.”
Why?? Because I’m tired of it and really don’t care.

Remember when???
The difference is the filming and the fact that the Patriots were warned about it before. Too bad it didn’t make much of a difference for Jay, as I don’t remember him “dissecting” too many defenses.
Remember when bone-head Jimmy Johnson cut Keith Byars in 1996 I believe?? Byars signed with the Patriots and taught the Pats defense all of Miami’s offensive signals. They met for a season finale to set up the play-off picture and the Patriots ended up winning 17-3. Remember the snow-plow game?
As for me, I’m for the team playing the Patsies…..I don’t care how they beat them——just beat them!!

Very true...
Byers leaving for NE started a huge trend as we all know. Even now, the Patsies still bring in ex-Phins (i.e., Sam Gado)
