Where is the secondary help?
I think it is easily apparent that one of our worst, if not our worst, hole on this team is the lack of depth in the secondary. We simply did not have the corners and especially safeties to even put in the game. We really needed to address it and I have yet to see it done all off season and especially not so far in this draft. It seems we are just stocking up on big guys up front. Anyone know what we going to do?

I feel your pain there...
but this regime, starting with BP, has a very different philosophy obviously towards defense. Instead of spending tens of millions on high priced corners, ala the Raiders or Broncos, the Fins are clearly looking to go the route of the Giants. Who as we saw, beat one of the all time great offenses (NE) with average corners but a great pass rush.
With the rushers we drafted, I think Parcells is saying hey, if we can get to the QB, then we don’t need great corners.

have to agree with Nat
If you look at dallas, i’m not sure they had a good CB the whole time BP was there. So obviously the plan is to stick with the CB they have, who can be above average…. I would have like to have seen them draft one with a little size but c’est la Vie

I agree with that 100%
We can address the secondary next offseason. This team isn’t a playoff team yet, so there’s no rush.
One step at a time.
