Aqib Talib to fall to the 2nd round due to pot

http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=12274

I've seen this a few places now.  I know we don't need another Ricky Williams, but Talib available in the 2nd round is very intriguing.  This was college we're talking about here.  If nothing else, it may shuffle the other corners around.  Do Cason, King and Porter go higher now?  Interesting...vewwy interesting.

I'd take him at #32
Remember, there are always players who confess to smoking pot in college.  LAst year, Amobi Okoye confessed it, as did a few others (but I cant recall who exactly).  I wouldn't that scare me off of Talib.  He'd be a steal at #32.

Put on the Kenny Rogers
Cause Talib is a gambler. That said I would love to have him at #32. I'd rather have a player who has a few "NO NO NO YES" moments and blows a few plays than what we've been seeing lately which is just "NO NO NO".

I would take him with my eyes closed
At number 32 he is a steal no doubt and can posible become are number 1 corner one day.On top of that your only gonna have to pay him half as good as wat he is worth.Just for smoken a lil pot,Cuz right now we need players that have talent we need a crowd and if you wanna be in this league and make it,you gotta take chances somethin and that well be a great one............

Totally agree with all of you....
Take him at 32.

Plenty of guys fell because of rumors or real or imagined drug use. Warren Sapp was a classic one like that and he turned out pretty good no?

Even Danny Marino fell in the first round because of drug use allegations.

As a matter of fact I think having a Ricky Williams on the team would be a big asset if you draft Talib. Ricky is on his last chance and been suspended a few times, losing lots of time and money. I think it puts the spectre of being kicked out of the league as something very real and up close and personal to a young kid like Aqib.

true..
and there's also a difference between a kid smoking pot in college, and guy who's doing it to calm his social anxiety disorder.

but having that tangible presence of what could happen if you can't handle it would be big i agree.
