I really like John Beck, but DANG...... Joe Flacco is looking like a steal at pick #32, "just incase" John doesn't pan out. He's a totally different style that Beck, and is a Beast to try and trap in the pocket. I saw Big Ben play in high school & this kid is a second coming of a guy who just signed a 102 MILLION dollar contract. Well work a 2nd round investment.

thats what I have been hearing too....

He has made his way into the 20's of the first round. I hear though, that depending on how his pro day at Delaware goes, he could possibly slide to us. However, I really like the mock draft on the main page that has us taking Gosder at #32. He really would help to solidafy the O-line.

He Has the Arm...

...to be a topflight QB. The one thing I don't like about him is how low the ball comes out of his had. Except on the long throws, which you can see he gets great arm extension on, the rest of the throws seem to come out just about shoulder level. He seems to have a pretty quick release, so that may not bother him.

I wouldn't be too upset to have him a s a QB to be developed over the next couple of years.
