The above link shows the arrest records for Iowa City. Matt Roth is listed as being arrested for Public Intoxication on Friday February 1st at 23:39PM.

The birthday matches his so seems reasonable to believe this is our Matt Roth.

Not a good way to start with Bill Parcells now running the show.

I go to school in Iowa City and that's the word that Roth got busted...I've seen him out and about at the bars before and he usually gets pretty wasted when hes out with his buddies. I woulda thought since he did go to school here the local cops woulda let this one slide.

Oh wait, that's right, mr moral authority is in baltimore now. HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!! It's good to know the phins have a football man running the operation, and he'll let the DA and the NFL front office make the moral decisions and the football guys will make the football evaluations.
