Dolphins-Jets game can be moved to sunday night

Heres the link it states that they nfl isn't deciding the sunday night game for week 17 until after sunday week 16. They State in the article about the dolphins jets game if they both win Thats a big If. Wouldn't that be an interesting game to end the dolphins regular season with? It keeps getting better and better.

?prime time game
Would be nice, but I think I like 1pm better…8pm could be brutally cold and I don’t know if I want to wait for 8pm to watch! Hopefully we will be eliminating the Pats as well….

both teams do win this week then I am 95% certain that this game will be a primetime game, whether it be a sat night, sun night, or mnf. Think about it, the Dolphins were 1-15 last year and the Jets were 4-12, and for both of them to be in contention for a playoff berth. Both teams are remarkable stories. The Jets have the hall of famer Brett Favre (before he was a Jet), the Dolphins have the former NYJ QB (greatest move ever), Dolphins have a rookie head coach, no star receiver to speak of, and i can go on. O and i don’t know if you heard, but these teams are RIVALS and the winner claims the division and is in the playoffs. With that said, there is no doubt (well maybe the tiniest slightest bit) in my mid that this will be a primetime game, IF both teams win next week, which i also believe will happen.

it SHOULD BE us in the prime spot but...
it depends on what happens in a few other games this weeks.. N.E/Buff, Tenn/Indy and S.D/Den could all be games that matter heavily and might beat us out for the game…
I can’t believe it is still possible..but if San Diego wins this week and Denver loses (against Buff) then that last game will be for the DIVISION! possibly an 8-8 San Diego team could make it in!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT..i can almost see it happening..and if it does…I bet THAT GAME will beat us out for the Prime Time flex spot on the final Sunday night.. the New England/Buffalo game could possibly be a game that decides if New England wins the division and that could factor in.. and Tenn/Indy could have some big implications…. I think it’s down to San Diego/Denver and us.. if things go the way they should this week….then it’ll be US IN PRIME TIME! Hope so! ….HOWEVER, a night game (that would be COLDER) may actually work against us a little… u think? let’s wait and see

but Phins/Jets i think will be primetime over the SD/Den game because of what i said earlier. Look where MIA and NYJ were last year, the chargers and broncos are having disappointing years and have had already had primetime games (SD: 4, Den:3) this year and consistently make the playoffs, and also a majority of their games are at 4:15 when there are fewer games and thus more of the country gets to see them. The Jets and Dolphins have a chance to make the playoffs for the first time in years, the Dolphins have not had a primetime game (the Jets had 1), and other storylines that will make this game more attractive

I really hope this game doesn't get moved to 8 pm
December nights in the Meadowlands are tough – potentially freezing and windy. Not ideal conditions.
And, like somebody said, I don’t want to have to wait until 8 for the game to start. I’m going to be freaking out as it is.

I'm all for the move to primetime
primetime players show up in primetime games. Meaning Porter will go OFF. And Favre is always good for an interception in a make or break game right? Put the pressure on.
