What this means. First off, this would mean that Miami and the jets would both be 10-5 going into the season finale, which means the division would be up for grabs that day. If we do finish 10-6 we gotta hope Baltimore falls off the map since they have the tie breaker. We would obvioulsy have a tie breaker over Denver and San Diego. The good thing is Balt has a killer schedule left whith games at Giants, philly, washington, pittsburgh, and at Dallas in late December (maybe the boys will have their act together by then).
Really the only other teams to worry about losing a tie breaker to would be Indy, Jacksonville, or Houston. Houston beat us, so I am going to be rooting hard against them. Jacksonville is playing like crap and is 3-5 in the conferecne. we are 4-3 in the conference, so we currently have an edge against them. (conference record would be the tiebreaker, since no head to head matchup)
As for indy, they are a tough team to get a read on. If you look at their remaining schedule i think they are likely to beat houston, cincy, and detroit all at home and the rest of their games could be toss ups; on the road at pitt, at san diego, at cleveland, and at Jacksonville. one thing that worries me is that their last game is at home vs. Tenn. Tenn could easily have home field wrapped up by then and could have nothing to play for, i.e they rest, indy wins and we lost a tie breaker to them. any ways, i think indy could win 10 games. their current conference record is 3-2.
So in conlcusion, we have a shot to win the division. if we dont i think there are 3 contenders, Miami, Indy, and Baltimore for the 2 wild card slots. start cheering against indy and Baltimore!

I really don’t see up sweeping both the Pat’s AND Bill’s this year teams play each other too tough inside the division no matter how good or bad they are I think we will drop 1 or both of those games and I don’t see us dropping one to either STL or KC
I see us beating the Jets at the end of the year
and splitting with the Bills and Pats, for a total 3-3 div record, but if we win the others game we should go 10-6, and that’s good for the play offs… then again we could lose to Seattle or St Louis.

I remember
when we went 10-6 and still didn’t make the playoffs./
That being said, we are long overdue.
Are you picking up what I'm putting down?

not to be picky but....
if everything goes right, we’ll be 12-4.
Focus on one game at a time
Seattle’s up next, let’s get above 500.
ps, were squeaking in lol

who do you see them losing to?
I hope you are right
No way we lose to the Jets at the end of the year.
unless we hit a major injury bug.
the Fins are playing better as the year goes on, and the Jets have peaked.
