Anybody see the texas-texas tech game last night. Michael Carbtree is a beast!!! He has all the tools: size, speed, route running, hands, strenght to beat jams, and the ability to beat defenders in battles for the ball. He is definetly the real deal and is #1 on my MIAMI DOLPHIN WISH LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If BP thinks it's worth it

I wouldn’t mind seeing us package our 1st and one of the 2nds to jump up into Crabtree territory. Then you can just swap the other 2 to drop a few spots in the second and add a 3rd or 4th along with it.

Crabtree=Stud. We’ll see how the rest of this season plays out because there’s a couple wild cards at the WR position right now, and we may be looking for a Defensive Playmaker, specifically in the secondary, in the first round.

I say grab a DB in rd 1

and sign a FA WR. The WRs take a year or two to develop, usually. Grab a guy in FA, or trade, that is proven. I still think Boldin would be awesome, but it is not time to bet the farm on adding a single player.

That said, I would not be unhappy with a standout wideout with our top pick, if we can get a solid DB later.

If our WR’s wake up and we are not in a great need of one, then we will go for a CB or and OLB

depends on need

I think there will be a couple OT’s taken in the top 5, as well as a couple QB’s. There may even be a CB taken up there. Crabtree is definitely top 10, but he may be in the bottom half of that… I actually want him to put up sub-par numbers at the combine, so he drops a little. We all know the combine numbers don’t really tell you anything that gamefilm doesn’t, yet bad GM’s (the ones that always get top picks and always screw them up) love workout freaks.

He is a special player though, and I have to think if we’re in position to get him, we won’t pass up on him, especially since he plays a position of need right now.

that would be 2 high 1st rd draft picks at wr…making allot of money…when u alreay owe wilford a bundle….uggh

i think they go big lineman. huge nose tackle or another top lineman. if we got a wilfork type nose tackle porter would be 10 times nastier. and the cbs would look allot better….

if we can trade one of the 2nd’s and like a 6th to move up however many spots to get him i do it. u stil have a 2nd rder u can get a nice cb with that.

3rd rd id go cb again

4th rd…i go safety.

then i get my oline guys and maybe a fullback somewhere
