everytime i think back to the day i found this place. all i did was google “maimi dolphins blogs”….and matty’s fresh n clear blog-o-heaven appeared. with his impressive wit and boysih good looks matty i has taken over the blogging world. he now lives in malibu…and posts to us via poolside. haha jk

been a hell of a ride here so far…i moved home (coral springs florida) from college (FSU) and was so happy to be back in the heart of Dolphins land. Up in Tallahassee it was pretty much a guarantee I was getting the Jags and Bucs…and if those teams didnt play for some odd reason i got the Phins. When i got back down here i just wanted to share my thoughts with a group of people….i didnt think id find such a cool place to talk in general.

The article i write in here get picked up allot…i email them to friends all around the country and i get cool feedback from people they email it to i dont even know….formed a cool hobby for me.

I found this through the AOL Fanhouse blogs. I actually found it through the Falcoholic. I went there and saw where I could go to other teams, and I found this one and BAM. I’m here.

 Never really into football until the ’06 season. When we went 6-10. 1-15 was hard. When through it to get to the draft.

Not sure how I found it, think I googled Miami Dolphins blog. Voila! There it was. Been a member since.

  I still consider myself a rookie, being here since Aug 7, of 08. And after sitting by myself in a bar last year, where I watched EVERY game, doing equal damage to my liver and Dolphin psyche, and not having any place to vent, it was amazing I didn’t end up on a bell tower somewhere with a high powered rifle.

  Thank You Matty and EVERYONE here at the Phinsider, this is a blast here. Each win is made sweeter, and each loss is easier to handle. I not only feel closer to the team that I’ve loved for years, but to other Dolphin lovin’ fans like yourselves. I have to thank my younger brother for telling me about this blog. Thanks Bro!

I too, used google to find here. I’ve been lurking around Phinsider for a spell. Now it has become a regular link. So I dived in. Back when I was a tot, I watched the ‘72 fins rock. From then on it’s been the Dolphins! I wore no bag on my head last year. I still raised my fist when asked who my team is. At the top of this season it became two fists.
Now I see many just like me here on Phinsider. And I can’t help but giggle. I fell like I’m back with the herd – er , school. I can’t thank Matty, & co enough. Worthwhile writing that you can chew on, (positive) critical observations, and of course, the post-game celebratory air!

That site went through some problems that had it down a lot, and I was looking for a place to discuss the optimism of getting Cameron as our new head coach. I found the Phinsider, liked the people, liked the fact that Matty was so involved and not some aloof deity who only would grace His select court with His presence and comments. Matty was right down in the dirt arguing, yelling, and crying with the rest of us last year. So I stayed here and never went back. I am a “one-blog” sorta guy.

Just want to say that I’m glad this site was created and has a (growing) loyal fanbase that is dedicated to this team. I was lucky to find it and have only been a member for about 2 weeks but I can tell that I will certainly be a lifer and have begun posting regularily.. soon I’ll start writing up some posts to be commented on.

I remember way back before 07-08 season, emailing Phinatic who said 10-6 was possible. And I thought it was conservative, drinking in the kool-aid. Happy 2 to you Matty and the great site.
