"There's not much to say," Belichick said. "They outplayed us, they outcoached us."
New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick rubs his forehead during their 38-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins
The torch was not passed, but the Pats did get burned Thursday night. They started too late on both offense and defense, falling behind, 24-6, before halftime. That’s a lot to make up and, even though they did, they were weary and worn down by the fourth
Matt Cassel threw for 400 yards and three touchdowns, was Pats’ leading rusher with 62 yards and on several occasions bought time in the pocket to make a play. His laser-beam throw to a diving Randy Moss in the only place he could catch it tied the game with 1 second to play and was as perfect a throw
"Revenge is best served cold" but this isnt there revenge it's ours
most painful loss L 14 - 31 vs. New England Patriots 1985 AFC championship game we beat the bears and the bears crushed the pats in the bowl. It was Dan's yr poff gone. Over the next 23 yrs it went back and forth but after 1999
11-7 New England when we had more talent. We owe the Kraft family a true a__ beating at Dolphin stadium. The stands are empty, AND THE band wagoners ARE JUMPING ON Hopefuly the stands we be better.
The Pat's are probley feeling a bit desparite and in this league revenge is motivation. In the words of Romeo "They are who we thought they were" we need a solid game plan. The past 2 weeks we were cardiac. Teams we should have trumped we bearly beat. I only hope that we were planing for the Pats. Because I know that they are planning for us. There going down, were comming up. Think about it what if we were playing them today??? or last wk???? we really need to bow up...................... This is why we watch, this is why we play.
Mr Kraft Thanks for the condaments, but f your pats

Kickoff return total of 63 set a new Dolphins single-season record,
tying for the longest punt return in Dolphins history along with Tom Vigorito,

If we win next week, I think we SHOULD be able to win the rest
Now, we have lost most of the games we SHOULD have won, so that means nothing. After all, on any given Sunday, any team can beat any other team. Ultimately I think it will come down to the week 17 matchup against the Jets, but we both will end up in the playoffs, one with a wild card. Thats my prediction.

Belichick said Monday
that even though the element of surprise is gone, it’s still a difficult offense to stop. Belichick said the Dolphins add new wrinkles to their Wildcat plays each week.
“They have pretty much changed something every week. They do something different off of it each week,” Belichick said. “(They) either change the formation (or) add a play or two. They run it out of different personnel groups so they have done a great job of changing it up, making it hard to defend, getting the ball to players who can make plays: (Patrick) Cobbs, (Ricky) Williams, (Ronnie) Brown, (and have) thrown a few passes off it. They have done a great job.”
Both teams are 6-4 and tied for second in the AFC East, one game behind the New York Jets. A Patriots loss would leave them 0-2 against the Dolphins and at a disadvantage in the first tiebreaker for a playoff spot — head-to-head record.

HELLO START READING FROM THE TOP
I posted a blog a good one at that. and I dont know but someone always has something slick to say instead of posting a good post Rzayo24 .Yea I was Born in 1964 Im older so what and when I first fell in love with football (1969) My Father was a full ride at Ala playing for the Bear TE Drafted to vetnam not the NFL. USMC nearly died. My uncle Goerge (vandy DE)
also drafted to the Navy (corpman) My Dad was gone for 3 yrs and returned in 69 maybe 70 I dont remember christmas I just remimber sitting in his lap watching NYJ and the Colts In the championship at the Ornge bowl. I was going for the jets cause Namath was a Ala QB (my dads Qb was Stabler). Watching that game was the best. I rember asking My Father If he was going back to play(his legs were riddled by SCRAP METTLE)
He didnt answer. but He let me be a fan of the jets. My Uncle returned in late 70 as the seasion begain and told me about Miami Dolphims. He rode my ass about the Fins and to hell with the jetshe said . I gave in and they came on 70-74 The perfict season the rings.
I played flag /mini mights /jv/and won a state title J.M Tate High 1980. went to Valdosta State a new program hell we played at a high school stadium. we wernt vary good. Some Scouts came to the games they were Drunks. I played TE one told me my chances were slim and gave me an address to write to be seen at the National Invitational Camp (one yr before the combines were formed 1984) In Tampa Fl I got a invite. Ellis Rainsberger (Miami scout) at the end gave me his # I wasnt selected in the draft but made the practice team was activated / cut/ signed 86/played 4 games and caught a td pass from Don Strock. In his last yr Tommy Vigorito Befrinded me he was a spark plug could score on any play and sorry my black brothern this honkey still holds a dolphin record. People can post search the web, and the best they can do is critise someones typing when they make so many mistakes themselfs!!!!
