I don't know if this is a "celebration thread" so much as it's a "deep sigh of relief" thread. Either way, a win is a win. And there's no need to ever apologize for being 6-4.
Big game next week. But let's enjoy another win - their 4th in a row - for the rest of today!

catches at the point OJ McDuffie would make catches
big plays….sure hands….leaping grabs that once he gets his hands on u know its secure.

How does an opposing D game plan us anymore?

regardless of the win vs. ugly win..
it is the main reason we’re not getting as much love in the “Power Rankings” by most sites… they think we should be putting away more of these games or something… which would be nice.. but we’re working our way on up now! and next week is one of our bigger games in years!

We got what we needed.....
Just win baby!!!!! What a relief now back to the task at hand……winning the division……We are in good shape……Next weeks game is not a must win for us because of the jets beating NE and us taking care of business the last 4 weeks. If we win, we put NE real close to being outside looking in…..If we lose we are still in it as long as Tenn takes care of the Jets……NE on the other hand has to win this game…..it is a must win game and we can put the first nail in there coffin next week.
If we are not going to play starters on special teams then we must punt the ball out of bounds and use the corner kick on kick offs, we have to mix it up to try and even up the advantage the other teams have on us on ST. Once again the O and I mean the entire O steped up when needed.
What is being overlooked because of the close score is the play of the Defense. They didnt give up a TD and again Oakland had good field position through out the game. Thats two games and they only gave up one TD. The Denver game they shut down the running game and stopped a high powered offense. They are playing well going into the last month of the season. Just what we need…..
One thing about the ST…..it may not get fixed this yr but you can bet Bill, Jeff and Tony will have it fixed by next yr…….I have a feeling the ST coach will be the first to go……

Beautiful day to go to a football game
Some thoughts:
-The wind was picking up, so nailing a 52 yard FG would be pretty damn difficult.
- Ginn is quickly becoming a solid WR for us, in more ways than one, his route running is improving.
-Roth stepped up again
-Special Teams is a big problem

Big problem is an understatement........
If some heads don’t roll over that one, I have to say, I will be more than a little disappointed. However, when the game was on the line the offense came through in a big way. It was electric……..
I do love going to the games, but these nailbiters are getting old. I’ld love to see them take control like I know they can. But, as it has been said here a number of times….a win is a win, 6-4 that’s all that matters at the end of the day.
