7-3 Dolphins lead at halftime.

Kind of an ugly first half.  Raider penalties have really helped the Dolphins.  But the offense has to play better in this 2nd half.

Let's see if the Fins can really come out sharp to start the 2nd half.  If not, this could be a tight game throughout.
