PrintI was just bored and I was wondering how many people on here have any Dolphins jerseys or any other team jerseys for that matter....and if you do what jerseys do you have...I have a customized jersey with my last name on it (Bailey)...I also have an authentic Ricky Williams jersey I bought during the offseason before the 2004 season...I was quite pissed after I bought it for 200 dollars and then 1 month after I buy it he retires and I find Ricky Wiliams jerseys everywhere a dime a dozen...Anyway I've rambled on long enough..What jerseys do you fellow Dolfans own....

Yah
I don’t want to be the guy who buys a jersey then the player turns into Rae Carruth. Nothing is more tasteless than wearing a Rae Carruth jersey. Making a jersey buying decision is a commitment… like that player will be there for another few years. Like an investment with no return except that of not having to buy a new jersey.
I could afford buying a jersey every year… then again I can also buy hookers and coke for a binge weekend. But I don’t.

Ive been wanting to get a white jersey, but haven’t been sure which player to get. almost got beck last year. good thing i waited! willl probably get Ronnie now.
I own three jerseys, and two player shirts.
I own a white Jake Long, and a navy Rex Grossman. I wear Jake every game day over an orange long sleeve t-shirt, and I wear Rex over the same orange shirt on any day that I have an exam here at UMass for good luck (he’s so bad on the field that it brings me A’s in the classroom; really, it works).
I also own an aqua Zach Thomas player shirt and a navy LaDainian Tomlinson player shirt.

I have a ton of jersey but the sad and unfortunate part is that almost all of my more recent ones are of all the star players we’ve lost in the past few years…and we’ve lost A LOT!
Jersey’s of players we’ve lost recently:
Randy McMichael, Chris Chambers, Jason Taylor, Zach Thomas, Sam Madison (few more years back), Marty Booker, Patrick Surtain… I think that’s it for this list..
I have about 6 different Marino Jersey’s. Some really old school ones, to more modern and my pride and joy is an official game worn jersey of his from the 80’s.
Some players from 80’s n 90’s: O.J. McDuffie, Irving Fryar, Abdul-Jabbar (btw, does anyone remember the game, in his first year I think where his name was misspelled! it was aDbul-Jabbar), Tony Martin, Bryan Cox, Troy Vincent, Duper and Clayton (got those more recently), Terrell Buckley, Brock Marion, Orande Gadsden (I really liked him and wish they played him more and kept him longer).
That’s the bulk of em..there’s a few more I’m missing but I gotta run

The Arrington and McGahee I got on Modell’s clearance for 30 bucks each. They are both completely sewn, heavy duty and gorgeous jerseys. I cant pass one up if I see one for 12 bucks or less.

Its just I really dont consider the Pats our rival, though and never have… to me it is the Jets I hate. That pukey green makes me sick. Maybe its because theyre a local team to me, but I just dont hate the Patsies. Plus they were a joke through my childhood and adolescence. Only recently have they become good… but the hate just isnt there. Though last year I nearly lost many friends and had things thrown at me in the playoffs and the Super Bowl! I was so angrily anti-Patriots last season… but now, with a happy ending and Tom Brady down for the count it just seems funny to me looking down in the standings… Outside of Wannstedt blowing our playoff chances that year by ignoring Ricky the Pats and Fins really havent been good at the same time

I despise the Jets
The colors make me ill. All those MNF battles…
The Pats were comical until pretty recently… I guess Im getting old. I just dont recall the Pats ever standing in the Fins way when I really cared… this upcoming week is the biggest game they have played in a loooooong time, really. Ive been talking a ton of trash, too… but I just dont have the hatred…
I mean, people forget
but the Pats were such a joke forever, and trailer trash filled that junky old stadium. They were perennial losers.
After we lost, I was actually kind of glad to see them win the first Super Bowl, I have to admit. It was a great story, I hated Martz and the Rams and I never in my wildest dreams thought that crappy team could come back and win more. I rooted hard against them in the other Super Bowls and immensely enjoyed the last one – but lets be frank – the Dolphins SUCKED during those years. It wasnt like we were eliminated late in the season by the Pats or anything. We sucked. I have lots of Jets games… even Niners, Cowboys, Bills, Broncos… where I remember those teams hurtfully ending my season when I thought we had a great chance to win the whole thing. The Pats never really do that. Except for the aforementioned 2002 game – when I was on my knees in front of the TV – but not made at the 8-8 Patsies as much as I wanted to throttle Dave Wannstedt for not giving the ball to the greatest RB in football at the time. Even then, the Patsies were already eliminated… my hate wasnt directed toward them – though I was cursing them to high heaven, dont get me wrong.
The Pats and Fins dont really have much of a rivalry. I dont like to see them win – but mostly for spite, not hatred… if that makes sense. Also, their fans are mostly bandwagon pansies… If I could punch a Jets fan or a Pats fan – one free shot – Im definitely taking the Jets fan.

im shocked u guys like him…hes a 1st class loser. I love how people hate on Mike Vick but Randy Moss tryed to run down a cop in his car….been busted on drugs…quit on multiple teams and teamates….been to jail himself…but people love him that are dolphins fans? ….cuz he has great hops?

nobody is more pissed than me
its a complete joke. i dont know what happened but i hear it was a ongoing feud between some frat queers. this happened at 1230pm pm campus!! not at a club….its crazy. after the bowl game vs Kentucky where like 23 players sat due to academic stuff…ud think they woulda learned their lessons. 2 of these guys were suspended this season already for seperate incidents/bad grades.
its getting old. its embarassing to be the Bengals of college football. the sad thing is this team constantly has 1st rd picks and players like Leon Washington that we use incorrectly their entire career…
Nobody says it but FSU turned on the down after 1 single thing and 1 thing only…when Mark Richt left. The Warrick and Weinke days were all him…Bobby wasnt calling the plays

Had bad luck buying Dolphins jerseys… Had a Ricky jersey, ended up ripping to shreads in a pickup football game… Had a Chambers jersey, gave it to the little brother when he was traded.. waiting on Xmas to get a new one, probably a Jake Long jersey.
Other jerseys.. Andre Johnson Hurricanes Jersey, Dwyane Wade Heat Jersey, Troy Polamalu Steelers Jersey, Santana Moss Redskins Jersey, Chris Gamble Panthers Jersey (went to Dillard High in SoFla).
Wish List.. Any Hurricane currently playing in the NFL, Jake Long, Old School Marino, Duper, and Clayton, Ronnie Brown, Ted Ginn Jr, Randy Moss Marshall Jersey, Brandon Marshall custom jersey with the name “Crybaby” on the back, countless throwbacks of some of the greats..

When I was younger, my buddies and I named the football we had just purchased (our first official NFL ball) “Mossy.”
And we had a play called the “R.M.” – which just meant for a receiver to run down the field and the QB would throw it up for you.
