I borrow this title from a new Phinsider as a lead into this whole post.  I think it's more than fitting and couldn't think of anything better.

   Have you noticed the influx of new Phinsiders recently?  I think its really fantastic.  How many times recently have we read,  "well, I'm new here", or, "I've been reading this blog for awhile, but just decided to join"?

   The bigger Team Phinsider becomes.....the better we ALL are in my book. I still consider myself a rookie here, so maybe this is not my place, but I really like seeing new blood pumping through the Phinisider veins.  The new post, the different ideas, and the views on anything Dolphin can only be a plus to all of us.

  One thing I want to make very, very clear, and I'll fight and argue those who bring this up.  There is no way in hell they are "fairweather" or "bandwagoners".  You can tell from their post and the words therein.  These are Dolphin Fans.

  I personally see it more as, once bitten twice shy, or testing the water with your foot, before committing the whole body - especially with how we as fans have been totally disappointed the last few years.  Its great to see the trust coming back and the apprehensiveness dissipating.   No harm no foul, in my book.

  That all being said.  You're here now, and I say, "WELCOME Teammate!"  Post when you can, give us your insights and opinions and goofy comments.  They all add flavor to the wonderful Miami Dolphin buffet we call The Phinsider.  I really like some of the stuff I've been reading from you all, and I'm sure others will say the same.

  A shout out to cnydolphin for the borrowed title.  And also a huge Welcome to guys like Dolfinz73, Mosul-Dolfan, Scottyboy10, BamaPhinzFan, dolphinsfan4life, and FINland, and any others that I may have missed.  Keep it up, and thanks.  And as always.......

  This is an Edit, but I think its a solid suggestion.  Because we are getting so many post on the board, I suggest you change your settings a little.  It seems that once its out of the top 10,  its out of sight, and out of mind.  Which really isn't fair to some of those post.  Go to your icon and nickname, click it, go into "Edit User Settings", and change the number of post from 10 to 20.  50 if you want, but thats some serious scrollin'.  Just a thought, hope this helps.....one more time because it never gets old....
