Here is a great example of giving up on guys
When ginn is good because he matured I don’t want to see post sabout how good he is you either are with him right now or you never are let him have the chance to grow just like john beck needs time. Don’t jump on the ginn express when he is catching bombs.

Worse case scenerio,
If he doesnt break out this year and we get Crabtree and /or some other stud WRs, Ginn would be awsome in the slot position. I dont know why we dont use him in the slot WR position more often now. Some guys dont progress as fast as others so you cant give up on him so quickly.

Here's what I know:
If nothing else, the one thing you can say about Teddy is that he can catch the football. He never drops a pass.

Sure, luck means a lot in football. Not having a good quarterback is bad luck.

Face it
Ted Ginn will be here next season. He’s been getting more and more involved in the offense as of late. It’s taking a little while to figure out the best way to get him the ball and all that, because teams aren’t gonna let him just run fly routes all game long. (WNY, go ahead and tell us again that it’s because of Pennington’s noodle arm).
As far as running kicks back, I was ecstatic that he was back there on kick return, but he does seem to struggle on punts. He lets too many of them bounce, and he doesn’t have the lateral quickness to make a guy miss from a standstill. His long speed is ideal for a kick returner though.
He needs a complementary receiver to take some coverage away, and he needs to run better routes. Right now, when he’s in the game, he’s the only receiver we have that can score from anywhere on the field, so the defense usually puts a safety over the top. Get another good WR (Crabtree or Maclin) and I think things will open up for him. If he puts the work in during the offseason to improve his route-running, he should be fine.
Sure, luck means a lot in football. Not having a good quarterback is bad luck.
