My ills with the Bills

Stay connected for news and updates

No matter how much time has passed, I still get kinda irked when I see the Bills coming up on the schedule.  It just makes my body take a time trip back to the early 90's.  Miami, with Marino at the helm was pretty much a yearly threat for the playoffs.  But, there was always that stinky, fur covered, flea bitten, snot nosed team from Buffalo that stood in the Dolphins way.

They pretty much owned the Dolphins in the early 90's.  Going 8-4 from 90-95, plus knocking the Dolphins out of the playoffs twice.  One, which really hurt, was a loss in the 92 AFC Championship game.  Uggggghhh.....that one still makes me nauseous.  I know we aren't the same caliber as those teams, but I still get that same old feeling when the Bills come to town, or when the Dolphins play at "Moscow NY".  (Does the sun ever shine there?).

No matter what, I hope for a Dolphin win, usually in a painful, heartbreaking way.  Payback?  Holding a grudge?  Hell yes.  So this year, nothing changes.  They are coming to our house feeling all good about themselves, and are probably thinking this is a easy win. Perfect.  Lets dash their hopes, smack around their star players, and send them away with their cute little twitching tails tucked neatly between their legs.  You just don't know this year with Miami, you've seen what we can do on the good side, and you've seen what we've done on the bad side.  Come Sunday, I really hope, to help me with all those ghost of Bills games past, that Miami shows their GREAT side and brings in the new era with a W against them.

Just vent your Bills hatred here.  Its theraputic........I kinda feel a little better already.

GO DOLPHINS!
