Around SBN: Why We're Skeptical Of LeBron James

Where is your focus?

Yesterday's loss was a tough one for me. Going into it, I actually felt comfortable that we were going to win. It's been a long time since I had felt that way. Flacco had 1 TD and 7 interceptions going into the game, and Baltimore historically has had a putrid offense. Our defensive strength seemed to be run stopping. I thought the Wildcat would throw the Ravens off balance enough to put some points on the board.

Never did I imagine we would get dominated like that. Very depressing. I'm worried about how long this rebuilding project is going to take. even if we completely turnover the secondary with draft picks, its going to take them a while to get good.

I know this regime had done alot of good, and hindsight is 20/20 but bringing in Wilford and getting rid of M. Booker was a big mistake.

Anyway, yesterday's loss pretty much put the nail in the coffin for me as far as the possibility of making the playoffs. Of course, I will still watch every game, but I'm not sure what to think about now that I can't think about the playoffs.

all the wildcats were running plays.

I will see the Dolphins win a SUPER BOWL before i die(21 years and counting)

there was one play

where i saw ronnie shift the ball to his other hand to get ready to throw it. he took a glance downfield and didn’t see anyone open, so he tucked it back away

My focus…is the first Titans loss

by OntheGo on Oct 20, 2008 3:30 PM EDT reply actions

i didnt think about that

i did take a look at their schedule though. I could see them losing at Chicago or at Jacksonville. At Houston or vs. Pittsburg are also less likely possibilities.. Part of me is even pulling for Indy to win some games and make the division competitive. the colts host the Titans the last game of the year (which i happen to have tix to). I dont think they will go undefeated. I would however rather see them go to the SB than NE or Buffalo.

wouldnt it be crazy to see a Tenn St. Louis rematch. anyone can come out of the NFC at this point! except seattle, they stink!

One game at a Time

Crazy things happen in the NFL. If we can win our Division games anything is possible. Lets see how we match up with Buffalo. I didn’t have a good feeling about Baltimore, there defense scares me…….I did thing our D would play better, an make it a close game, giving us a chance to win at the end……Hopefully they step up next week………

I can multi task

this is a 3-5 year project depending on how long it takes to find a QB….

i’m pulling for a titan loss…

don’t forget to root for washington to lose every game… the more they lose the better that 2nd rounder is

and you can’t be flipping serious

I know this regime had done alot of good, and hindsight is 20/20 but bringing in Wilford and getting rid of M. Booker was a big mistake.

if I saw the highligts correctly… espn or nfl network said he dropped 2 in the endzone yesterday… had to laugh when i heard that…. but wilford may have been a mistake but letting booker go wasn’t one.

messed up the whole " " thingy

but …. JV was saying letting hands of stone booker go was a big mistake… and i was pointing out that err
no it wasn’t since he dropped TWO td catches yesterday… but nothing to see here… this is not the posts we
are looking for…

hmmmm

lets see

Season Stats

Wilford 1 catch 15 yrds

Booker 11 catches 183 yrds 2 TDs.

which is better?

marty booker signed a 2 yr 3.5 million dollar contract with the bears.

wilford signed a 4 year 13 million dollar contract. 6.5 million guaranteed!

Yeah, i know booker is not the best reciever out there. he’s average at best. but we haven’t upgraded him. we’ve downgraded him at a bigger cost. thus it was a mistake. we would have been better off just keeping him and his drops.

wrong

Keeping Booker would have been a mistake AND signing Wilford was a mistake. Please no more mentioning of Booker. Who cares?

why didnt we sign that one dude who now plays in minnesota

starts with a bernard ends with -errian
