Dolphins released S Tyrone Culver.

Culver had a key penalty late in Sunday's game against the Texans, and now he's hitting the streets. Source: Palm Beach Post Dolphins signed S Brannon Condren.
Condren was a late-round draft pick of the Colts in 2007. He replaces the recently released Tyrone Culver

breakdown….6-1 205 white guy…..from florida…played at Troy (maybe he played with Ware and Parcells knows him). Had a chance to walk on at FSU but decided not to.

seems to have a history of injuries already
