RUMOR: Will Allen has seriously injured knee?

PrintLet me preface this by saying that this is an unconfirmed rumor.
However, there's word spreading through Dolphinland that Will Allen may have suffered a serious knee injury. In fact, some people even claim to have heard it on WQAM - the Dolphins' flagship radio station. One e-mail I received from a person who I trust very much has told me that he heard the report on WQAM, but doesn't have any inside info on the situation.
If this is indeed true, it would be a devastating blow to a secondary that isn't very good to begin with.
Of course, part of the reason why the team might be keeping it quiet is so they can work on a potential trade for a replacement cornerback prior to tomorrow's trade deadline.
But, again, this is all speculation at this point. Odds are we'll hear more about this potential injury in the coming days.

How serious could it be
If he played the whole game yesterday. If a player suffers a serious knee injury they ALWAYS come out of the game and don’t return and he didn’t have crutches or cast on just a brace. So right now I’m thinking he did injure his knee but nothing too serious.
What is the matter?
Will Allen is gone!!

If we don’t presure the QB the secondary is equally bad with or withot him.
Maybe is time for the D coaches to star making something diff in the sec. or BLITZ like maniacs LOL

lol im telling you...lets putt ginn back there..he has the speed and he cant really catch the ball...but he played cb in highschool and bit in college...get him there and see what happens...whats the worst that can happen huh? he gets burneD?

That’s bull.
For all his faults, catching the ball isn’t an issue for Ginn. When he does get open, he catches the football. Be fair.
