Virginia Fin Fan trying to get to a game, can anyone help?

Hi,

Im trying to finally get down to Miami to fullfill my lifelong dream of seeing the dolphins play at home. I have seen them at the redskins stadium & a couple of more closer games to me.. Im not very good on the internet, but I see tickets for sale all the time..

Has anyone from around South-West Va or even farther (I know Matty is in Jersey) got any ideas of price ranges??

Like airfare, when to book it .. ex.. weeks ahead?

whats the average cost to go see the Fins?

money isnt that big of deal cuz me getting to do this will be like the mastercard commercials.. priceless..

airfair from VA? not sure….fly into ft.lauderdale airport if its cheaper….its not a far drive to the stadium (15min)….miami airport actually is probally farther from the stadium…wierd i know

avg tix….anywhere from 40 er 50 all the way up to……well u know…1,000’s

if it werre me id rent a camper and drive haha…save on hotel too!!

Hey E Dove

Which game are you planning to go see? And also, if you can swing it. Try to go to Shula’s for dinner. Its probably pricey, but the experience is really great. Best steak I’ve had outside of Nebraska. If I have one regret in life, I didn’t go for the 48oz ’er,knowing I could have done it. Good Luck!

this is where I stayed. There are a lot more “Shula’s” then when I was there. I don’t know if the franchise ones are as good as this one.

im not sure which game Husker, any would be fine for me honestly, I just want to be there to support the team & see what the home crowd is like.. I will definatly try Shula’s, allthough this is the first I have ever heard of it.. I could probably fly from Raliegh/Charlotte/Greesnboro NC probably would be cheaper, im at the NC Border anyway.. Shula’s looks fantastic.. thanks again for the help & the link!!

lol.. thats me.. yes, tat’ed up people love the fins aswell ;-) I have the fin colors in the E on one side of my face & on the VA on the other side aswell..

since this is my “fin” home, i’ll tell ya.. i got tired of the goverment takin stuff, they always mess with italians.. & they cant take a tat2.. so I got plenty of them..

& the prime isnt on my face, it covers my thigh.. the E & VA are on my face..

it shouldnt matter though, im a die hard fan & on your side, shouldnt judge people by the way they look ;-)

I put the E on my face cuz the damn cops always called me a “goombah” & “wop” & everytime someone with tat’s done something “i fit the description” so i got the E on my face to pretty much say “Bah fan gul” to the damn biased cops

thats 100% honesty.. alot of them mean stuff, ex. portraits, things i like, R.I.P.’s etc..

orignally from LES Manhattan then moved to Va.. I go back & forth..
