Why was Ronnie Brown 2'nd string at Auburn?

 Sup everyone?

Long time fin fan here, just curious as to why Ronnie was 2'nd string in college? Im in Va, so I didnt get many of there games, & im not to good on a computer, but this has bothered me for a long time. I looked up with wiki-pedia, but I cant find out as to why he was 2'nd to Cadillac? He was good enough for the 2'nd pick, a beast of a runner, our franchise player but 2'nd string in college?? Any ideas as to why?? Im sure most of you know, but I dont.. Any answers will be fully appreciated..

Thanks

Emmett Dove

well wasnt cad a lil older? but ronnie came out junior year...or am i completely wrong...

also reason ronnie was 2nd overall…because of how dominant he was when he got in the game

cad missed like 8-9 games one season and ronnie beasted when he started those games

take that plus measurables…plus the ever smiling

we have franchise rb

thanks

yea, I have seen to many of those Bush typa players over the last 20 or so years come out & never be much more than the way Bush is now, if even that much.. I like Ronnie, I would much rather have him than a reggie bush anyday

I don't think he was so much a 2nd stringer

they split carries. Kinda like Barber and JJones in Dallas last year.
