Would you be opposed to this Ocho Cinco trade scenario?

This is just a thought.  I am interested to hear peoples feedback about this trade scenario for #85.

What each team gives up:
Dolphins: #1 pick (possibly a 2nd day pick as well)
Bengals: #9 pick and Ocho Cinco

Not saying that either team would do this.  Maybe both teams would have to swap additional picks (like Miami's late 2nd for Cinci's 2nd, etc), but would anybody go for this.  I wouldn't be so opposed to this.  And I wouldn't be surprised if Cinci had strong interest in McFadden considering they had RB trouble last season.

Nope, it's horrible.
the 1st pick is worth 3,000 points.  We'd get their first which is valued at 1350.  I'm sorry but is CJ worth 1650 points?  That's equivalent to us trading the 5th/6th overall pick for CJ.

I would want this year's 1st, next year's 1st and CJ for the 1st overall pick.

That comes out to 1350 points this year, I would say Cin can easily finish 20th out of 32 teams next year.  The 20th pick is worth 850 points.  That comes out to 2,200 points.  So CJ is worth 800 points.  Which comes to the 21st overall pick in the 1st round.  A late 1st round is what Cincy would want for CJ.

Now the question is, is their anyone Cincy wants to go to the 1st overall pick?

Points system
We just need to stop using this system, no one uses it anymore, given the current draft thinking it's totally obsolete.

I would take
Cincy's #9 pick, Ocho, and maybe their 3rd or 4th rounder for our #1 pick, if they want we'll through in a 6th or 7th rd pick.
>K?

No way
Am I willing to give up draft picks for anyone but Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. And that just ain't happening! We need at least 10 to 12 draft picks and I hope ParLand is willing to do whatever it takes to get them including trading JT, VH, RW, and anyone else that has value and is an older guy. Keep all young guys and build!!!
