he would inprove our d fence tremendously. Imagine chris on one side matt on the other. jt joey crowder add shaun from the lions and another mlb that would b a killer front 7 run though that.Jt was far more affective as a olb or in a hybrid.Plus long is a jt type dend so our defence would be stacked,well almost cb fs and ss if bell returns. use our other picks on the oline maybe even pick up colt in the later rounds and u will c a drastic improvement

I've been

a Chris Long fan for most of this year and do think that ParLand will take him or Jake if they can't move out of the top pick. But after looking at what we have on the O and D lines we really are hurting more on the o side. We have some young guys that can/should step up and help us out on defense but only Mormino on the offensive side at this time. I really think that saying that we should go Jake if we can't trade down. Yes there are FA who can help out but not to the extent that we need help on the o-line. That will take FA and draft plus some luck to be any good at all on that side of the ball.

i wouldn't be opposed

to going jake long at #1... he would certainly cost less than QB or RB would going at the top of the draft. but honestly either long would make me happy, or dorsey...

it is still early in the proccess though.. big boards and mock drafts will flip and flop multiple times before april.
