Tidbits from the MiamiHerald

CHATTER
- The Dolphins' Vernon Carey said he graded out about 4 percent lower at left tackle in 2007 than at right tackle in 2006 and ''wouldn't have a problem'' moving back to the right side if asked.
- Count former Browns tight ends coach Ben Coates -- who played for Bill Parcells in New England and interned as a coach with him in Dallas -- among those expressing interest in an assistant's job with the Dolphins. Miami is expected to pursue Dallas defensive assistants Todd Bowles and Paul Pasqualoni to join the staff of Tony Sparano, widely reported to be the Dolphins' likely head coach. . . .
Saw this and wanted to post because of what I said about V. Carey and moving him back to the right side. It seems as if I was wrong so I stand corrected. I am glad that Vernon is willing to move back, and feel that way for several reasons.
Number one, is that it makes the debate much better as to who we might pick and that opens up as to who just might be willing to trade with us so we can get more picks and that neve5r hurts.
Also I do hope the Jets hire Armstrong, it couldn't happen to a better team.

amen to that
that'll be another 2 TD for Ginn each year.
What's the deal with them hiring our former special teams guys anyway. maybe if WEsthoff's health gets better we can hire him. he was good while he was here.

About Hadnot...
Again, it probably means nothing, and after this season can you really blame him? But still, after these games, especially with it being the last game of the season, all the other players were mingling, talking, looking up at the few fans still hanging around and clamoring for a wave, a glove, a sweaty towel...

Hey Neo...
>K?
that now concludes all the messages. I've looked at it from several different angles and I can't figure it out. Or is it just a "K?" as in "Okay?" Show a clueless middle-aged guy a little love (in a manly football sense, of course) and help me out.
