A local sports radio host has talked about how an unnamed dolphins player told him a lot of the players think Cam is a joke.  He treats them like little children with stuff like telling them how many pairs of shoes they can have in their locker and saying they have to ride the team bus to the airport rather than get there by themselves.  Then there was the spectacle of cam yelling at lemon over how to interview because he has his cell phone earpiece on.

They are paid professionals and don't like being treated that way.  

Then of course you have the play-calling, decision-making, and management that Cam has instituted.

Any wonder that cam is losing (lost?) the team?
