Video Time!!
With the final game of a truly horrendous season right around the corner, I thought now might me a good time to fire up the "way back" machine. So let's go way back to 1994, when the Miami Dolphins were a relevant NFL team. And that was thanks to, in large part, the greatest quarterback who ever lived. Below is the game winning drive of that classic week 1 dual between Dan Marino's Dolphins and Drew Bledsoe's Patriots. Enjoy!

Wow
Wow. Great stuff.
I really feel for you guys who are so young. I mean, this is a nice drive, but Marino in the 80s -- my God. As good as Manning and Brady look when they're really on, Marino was better. He was the Michael Jordan of football: he was just playing a different game from everybody else. I still get goosebumps every time I think about it.
A few things from the video that really struck me:
- Terry Kirby. I had completely forgotten about that guy.
- I love the way Shula just casually waved to Marino to tell him to go for it on 4th, cool as can be. Classic Shula.
- I didn't remember BP having his man boobs that long ago.
What a joy

Thank You
Marino was the ultimate leader. You are a different football team when your best player is your quarterback.
Man, I miss those days. Plus back then my parents paid for everything.
Marino
