Cam Cameron
Rather than turn every one of Matty's posts into a Cameron debate, I will try and post my first diary.
I read the following in the Miami Herald today and decided to post it because there isn't any way I could say it better.
It is from Greg Cote:
What they see most, though, and what we see, is an unwavering coach in control of his focus and direction, which in this season is like trying to hold onto your hat in a hurricane. This is a guy who hasn't stopped believing in his young team and has somehow held it together even as its win-loss record has blown apart.
It is why no dissension corrodes this locker room from the inside, despite the torrent of defeats. "It is why the Dolphins keep fighting hard every week -- no given in a season like this one -- even as a rather unbelievable five losses by three points each have teased and teased but offered only heartache without reward.
That Cameron hasn't lost his team in this storm or deflected heat from himself by blaming several major injuries speaks well of his leadership and gives you the impression his head-coaching career won't end up being defined by 2007, but might gather strength from it instead.
Miami won't finish 0-16, but even if Miami somehow did, Cameron will survive to coach another year -- and should."

I agree
What should Cam be doing different?
Yes or No- Do you want Zach Thomas to remain the starting middle linebacker?

Let the bashing begin
The young talent we have on this team was promising this week. I'm glad to see Ginn doing something as the bashing of him has disappeared on this site (to cam's dismay). Beck will need some experience, but I'm still confident. The OL is relatively young , although we could use a RT update. The defense...well, they need some work, but the secondary has been playing better. I was going nuts when Jason Allen played well! We have some young players that should develope into very good players. Hopefully Ronnie will come back full strength next season and the turnaround will begin. I hope to see more of the Wright brothers, maybe they can help this defense out!
No Bashing

Yeah no shit
I totally agree about the long passes..
But i would say, have you seen our special teams play? With the points and field position given up, how could the O do much worse.
Throw it deep on a few plays early on and put opposing D's on notice.
