Formula for Success
Do what the Pats do, accumulate two #1 picks for every year.
Look for teams that want to "win now". Then you trade for a #1 the next draft.
Can you believe the Pats have a #1 from SF, which will probably put them in the top ten of the draft after most likely winning the S-Bowl?
The rich get richer b/c they think long term, not short term (short term is human nature) which is why the Fins are in such a morass right now.
Let's build a team through the draft for the long term. Give Randy and Cam five years to make a difference.
Look at the offense. From bottom of the league to pretty impressive this year- we just need to find out if Beck can perform at a high level.
If we can build a defense like Jimmy J did through the draft- Zach, Jason, Tim B, Madison and Surtain. Then we can hold opponents to under 21 points a game and kill it.
Thoughts?

You know what?
The biggest question is obviously QB, which with Beck not having played, we don't know. Aside from that though you have a lot of uncertainty at WR (are Ginn & Hagan going to be impact players?), not much at TE, and your franchise back just tore his ACL. On the flip side the OL has been solid though one top-class lineman would help.
The defense, well, might as well redo the unit from the ground up. Picking up Glenn Dorsey is probably a good way to start that.
Assuming
As for Brown, that's a much longer process with his recovery and all.
TE is definitely something that needs
Beck's progress dwon the strech will dictate what needs to be done in round 1. if he is not gonna be the guy, they need to get someone who will be.
Offense
I am not too concerned about Ronnie being out. He is a great back, but I do want to see (selfishly) what Chatman, Cobbs, and Booker can do since this season is pretty much over.
I'm really excited for the Beck to Ginn connection.
